I like reading Frederick Forsyth. Most of his books deal with contemporary issues and this one was about the cocaine problem. It has a great story line. In a nutshell, a man with a few billion dollars, assigned by the US president himself, set out to destroy the cocaine industry worldwide. The question is "How?". And for that you need to read this book.
I never knew much about cocaine besides it being an addictive drug. Now I have some idea of the drug and the underworld. Also how big the problem is worldwide....specially in the west. Also the way the guy attempts to solve the problem is excellent. The only problem with this novel is that it has too many characters. But as you read you will know which ones you will need to remember.
